Webinar Types
Each webinar block may be one of these three types:
- Single Webinar: One event at a set date or time or an on-demand webinar, or schedule your own (For things like Hubspot scheduling or Calend.ly or Cal.com for personalized demos or calls).

Please allow up to two business days for statistics to appear on your Digital Stats Dashboard. Metrics are updated daily for at least 90 days.
CE reports only on engagement clicks, which are filtered through multiple layers of verification to exclude spam filters and automated activity. As spam filters evolve, reported click totals may decrease to reflect improved filtering accuracy.
Metrics include:
- Total Emails Sent
- Total Emails Delivered
- Total Opens
- Unique Opens
- Engagement Clicks on URLs you provide
- Unique Engagement Clicks on URLs you provide
(Excludes clicks on CE’s required links such as privacy policy, unsubscribe, view online, etc.) - Derived Performance Metrics such as open rate, click rate, and general email performance data
Important Notes
CE does not provide proofs for CE Webinar Roundup submissions unless significant edits are made or deemed necessary by our team.
All placements are subject to CE’s safety standards, guidelines on superlative claims, and Terms and Conditions.
Your Digital Stats Dashboard will include additional information such as:
- Launch date
- The subject line of the email
- A “view online” version
- A screenshot and/or PDF of the final send
- Other relevant details deemed useful by CE
For third-party click tags, short URLs, and pixel trackers we recommend setting the start date to the 1st of the month prior to the issue month, and the end date to at least one month after the issue month. For example, for a June issue, we suggest setting the tracking period from May 1 to July 31.
CE will not accept materials that link to competitive publications or websites, but archived webinars hosted on your site will always be allowed.
